Our online course is designed for colorectal surgeons with experience in minimally invasive rectal surgery, including transanal approaches.

The course focuses on step-by-step teaching of the TTSS technique. TTSS is a surgical strategy developed to combine the strengths of two established approaches: from traditional TME, the well-standardized dissection technique refined over generations and proven to be safe and effective in open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery; and from TaTME, the concept of transanal transection (TT) and single-stapled (SS) anastomosis, while highlighting key technical differences that will be discussed in detail throughout the program.

An expert faculty will guide participants through the rationale, indications, patient selection, key operative steps, and potential pitfalls of the TTSS technique.

Learning objectives will be achieved through structured online didactic lectures, expert discussions, and high-quality surgical video demonstrations, including recorded procedures.
