The Milan Colorectal Congress online course gives you on-demand access to the full 3rd edition of the congress, originally held at Università Statale di Milano on May 29th–30th, 2025. This course is designed for colorectal surgeons, general surgeons, oncologists, residents, and healthcare professionals specializing in colorectal and oncologic care. Whether you are advancing your expertise or staying up to date with the latest surgical techniques, the program offers value for both experienced specialists and surgeons in training.
How long do I have access to the course?
Once enrolled, you will have 12 months of unlimited access to all the course materials from the date of purchase. You can watch the sessions as many times as you want, on any device, and resume from where you left off. Specific access duration is also indicated on each course page before purchase.
Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Yes. Upon completion of all the modules and any required assessments, you will receive a digital certificate of attendance issued by the Milan Colorectal Congress. The certificate will be available for download directly from your personal dashboard. (Please note: ECM credits are not currently included unless explicitly stated on the course page.)
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our certified payment provider. Refund policy
Can I request a refund after purchasing the course?
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Italian Codice del Consumo, art. 59), digital content delivered immediately upon purchase is generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the buyer has expressly accepted the immediate delivery and waived the right to cancel. By purchasing this course and accessing the materials, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
When am I entitled to a refund?
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:
Technical issues that prevent access to the course content and cannot be resolved by our support team within 14 days
Duplicate payments or accidental purchases (refund must be requested within 7 days)
The course is canceled or significantly modified before you have accessed the materials
Refund requests must be sent to segreteria@materia1amasterclass.it including proof of purchase.
What happens if I haven't accessed the course yet?
If you have not yet accessed any of the course materials, you may request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Once any module has been opened or any video viewed, the right of withdrawal is considered waived, as expressly accepted at checkout.
How long does the refund process take?
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Are there any non-refundable items?
Yes. The following are non-refundable:

Discounted or promotional purchases (unless legally required)
Certificates already issued and delivered
Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request, unless covered by the technical issues clause (Q2)
